What is the best time to dive in Fuvahmulah?

Tiger sharks are present year-round in Fuvahmulah, making it a great destination at any time. The calmest sea conditions are generally from November to April (northeast monsoon). The southwest monsoon (May–October) can bring rougher seas but also exceptional pelagic encounters.

What certification level do I need?

Tiger shark dives at Tiger Point require at least an Advanced Open Water certification due to the depth (18–30m) and potential current. Our PADI instructors can also provide Advanced certifications on-site. Beginners are welcome for reef dives and snorkelling experiences.

How do I get to Fuvahmulah?

All packages include round-trip domestic flights from Velana International Airport (MLE) in Malé to Fuvahmulah (FVM). The flight is approximately 45 minutes. Airport transfers on arrival and departure are also included in all packages.

Is dive equipment provided?

We provide all necessary scuba equipment including BCD, regulator, wetsuit, mask, fins, and tanks. You're welcome to bring your own equipment if preferred. Underwater camera hire is also available — please enquire when booking.
